When you have placed your order you will be given the order reference number. An order confirmation will also be sent to you by email. This reference number is important, you will need it should you need track or change an order.

Order Tracking

• When your goods are dispatched you will receive an email from Fitwell detailing the items despatched.  The email will give you details for the carrier used, a web link to their site and their tracking reference.
• You can then track the delivery process via the carrier's website using their tracking reference number.

To change an order once you have placed it

• If you need to change your order, and it has not yet been despatched, email schools@fitwell-ltd.co.uk.  We will try our best to resolve any problems.
• We will need your order reference, and the details of what you need to change.
